Democrat Haley Stevens has endorsed Republican Mike Rogers in Michigan's Senate race. This endorsement comes amid a reported feud within the Michigan Democratic Party, as Stevens' decision spurns fellow Democrat Abdul El-Sayed.
Following Stevens' endorsement of Rogers, other Democrats have reportedly denounced her decision. Rogers is the Republican nominee for the Michigan Senate seat.
Separately, President Donald Trump is scheduled to visit Iowa and Kansas. These visits are part of his ongoing engagement with midterm election campaigns. This is a developing story and will be updated as details emerge.
